Your health records,
stitched together.

Medical history scatters — a lab portal here, a pharmacy app there, a folder of PDFs somewhere else. MedQuilt is one private place for all of it: conditions, medications, labs, vitals, notes, and care plans, quilted into a single chart you actually control.

See how it works

One chart. Every patch of your health.

Complete health record

Problems, medications, allergies, immunizations, encounters, appointments, and clinical notes — organized the way a clinician's chart is, readable the way yours should be.

Labs & vitals that explain themselves

Every result is checked against clinical reference ranges and flagged — low, high, or critical — with trend charts so you can see where a number is heading, not just where it is.

AI that reads the whole quilt

Chart summaries, lab insights, medication reviews, symptom triage, and care-plan drafts — grounded in your actual record, not generic advice.

Audit trail on everything

Every change to your record and every AI request is logged. You can always see what was written, when, and why.

A safety engine that doesn't need to guess

Before any AI gets involved, MedQuilt runs deterministic clinical checks: a curated drug–drug interaction engine covering the combinations that put people in the hospital — anticoagulants with NSAIDs, opioids with benzodiazepines, serotonergic stacks, and dozens more — plus drug–allergy cross-checking against your recorded allergies.

Rules first, AI second. The dangerous stuff is caught by logic that works exactly the same way every time, and the AI layer adds context on top.

Self-hosted. Your machine, your data.

MedQuilt runs on hardware you control. No cloud account holds your medical history, no third party mines it, and the AI features run through providers you choose — including fully local models. Your health record shouldn't be someone else's asset.

How it works

  1. Add your record. Enter conditions, medications, allergies, and results — or start fresh and build as you go.
  2. Let the engine watch. Interactions, allergy conflicts, and out-of-range results are flagged automatically, deterministically.
  3. Ask better questions. AI summaries, lab insights, and triage that read your whole chart before answering.

MedQuilt is decision support, not a doctor. It never replaces professional medical care — it makes your side of the conversation sharper.
